GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS 

Votive Art Italia Srl, based in Milano (MI) - 20125 - via Gianfranco Zuretti, 42, P. IVA 11357970968, is the owner of the site www.realvotivastore.com and of the registered trademark REAL VOTIVA, and sells its products to the following Terms and Conditions (in compliance with the Decree law no. 206/05 - Consumer Code).

1. Products informations

Votive Art Italia Srl, to make more clear and transparent the purchase of its products, pays particular attention to the publication of information relating to items for sale with the help of "product sheets", containing detailed information on the characteristics of the product (price, size, materials, variations etc.) and very exhaustive illustrative images.

2. Products availability

The customer can buy all the products currently available in the online catalog of Real Votiva Srl, accessible at www.realvotivastore.com. In case of temporary unavailability of one or more ordered items, the customer will be promptly contacted by our Customer Service and informed about the time needed to process the order. Votive Art Italia Srl, with the aim of continuous improvement of its products, reserves the right to modify or replace the items in the catalog with six months notice, ensuring the provision of the old product for six months from the date of the notice.

3. Prices

Products sales prices displayed on realvotivastore.com website are expressed in Euros (€) including VAT and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are charged to the customer unless promotions and/or promotional codes applies and are indicated in the checkout process in addition to the price of selected products. In any case, before completing the order fulfillment process, shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shop cart. Votive Art Italia Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time. The changes do not apply to orders already placed and ongoing orders.

4. Delivery 

The products purchased on the site Realvotivastore.com, if in stock are shipped within 3 working days after the order confirmation and confirmation of receipt of payment. If the goods ordered were not in stock will be sent a notice to the customer and will be agreed to the terms of delivery and possible replacements. For the shipment of goods Votive Art Italia Srl relies on carriers of renowned quality and reliability that ensure optimal service delivery; however, Votive Art Italia Srl is not responsible for any delays in delivery, breakage, tampering or theft.
 
5. Shipping and packaging costs

For shipments to Italy a fixed national fee is applied. For destinations outside of Italy the goods will be shipped with costs, terms and delivery times varying on to the type of shipment, the weight of the goods and the place of destination. In any case, the shipping cost is shown to the customer before confirming the order.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges upon the goods' arrival in the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed during the checkout process on our website. Since these charges vary depending on the country and local customs regulations, we cannot calculate or predict the amount that may be applied. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for detailed information before placing an order. Any delays in delivery due to customs procedures are not the responsibility of our company.

7. Payment methods
Payment can be made by one of the following payment methods.

Following the confirmation of the order the system transmits automatically, by e-mail, both the summary information of the order and the information useful for the execution of the bank transfer. In the bank transfer please indicate the number and date of the order to facilitate order fulfillment. The order will be processed upon receipt of the amount transferred or upon receipt of the confirmation certifying the payment. The delivery time starts from the date on which we receive the documentation attesting the payment.
 
7.2. PAYPAL AND CREDIT CARDS 

Real Votiva Store uses PayPal services to enable you to pay for your orders by credit card or PayPal account without sharing your card details.

8. Right of withdrawal

Votive Art Italia Srl policy on the right of withdrawal, compliants with the standards prescribed by the Italian Legislative Decree 206/05 of the Consumer Code and Legislative Decree 21/2014 and European Laws on the right of withdrawal (and subsequent amendments and additions). The Customer, if not satisfied of the products purchased from the Seller, may return the same products and obtain the refund of the price already paid.

For this purpose, private customers can cancel the order within 14 days of receipt of the products (or the last item or lot of items in the case of multiple shipments) by transmitting the Withdrawal Form (downloadable from this website), properly filled out and signed, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt at the following address "Votive Art Italia Srl - Via G. Zuretti 42 – 20125 Milano (Italy)" or by certified e-mail to votiveartitalia@legalmail.it

If the customer has already paid the order, Votive Art Italia Srl will refund the full amount,  including any shipping charges, within 14 working days from the date on which the seller becomes aware of the withdrawal exercise of the consumer and in any case not before receiving the goods subject to restitution. Shipping costs for returning the purchased goods are paid by the customer, with the exception of cases of defective goods or goods non-conforming to the customer order. To get the refund the goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal. However, there is no right to return products customized on customer's request (for example, a parchment on which a personalized dedication or engraving was performed, a porcelain picture and in general any product for which customizations were requested).

Votive Art Italia Srl guarantees the excellent quality of products and will replace the goods that were to be defective due to faulty manufacture.

9. Retailers. The business of Real Votiva Store is directed both to end customers and operators involved in reselling products and/or services in the funeral industry. Operators can apply for reitailers certification in order to buy our products with the application of the dealer price list. For more information write to info@realvotivastore.com.

10. Materials. With the term "BRONZE" we mean a metal alloy with a copper content of at least 65%.

11. Complaints. Any shipping error or shortage of materials must be reported in writing (via e-mail also) or by telephone. According to art. 1495 of the Italian Civil Code, no complaints about faults and / or defects in goods will be accepted after 8 days of the receipt of the goods.

12. Disputes. Any dispute will be settled in Italy by the Court of Lecce.
